Adhesive Lined Dual Wall Heat Shrinkable Tube For Automotive is a heat-shrinkable tube with adhesive for automotive wiring harnesses.
The thickened hot-melt adhesive layer provides an excellent seal against fluid intrusion and better resistanee to high temperatures. Oil and corrosion. The double-layer structure with hot-melt adhesive lining is waterproof moisture-proof and shock-proofagainst dislocation.
Sealer lined heat shrink tubing provides insulation and sealing on electrical splices and harnesses. The outer wall is a flame resistant polyolefin heat shrink and the inner wall is a hot melt adhesive that melts and flows to provide a water tight seal that provides protection from chemicals, abrasion and solvents. It is designed for Automotive, Aircraft, Boats, Recreational Vehicles, Electrical and Industrial Fields.

Advantages
Dual wall heat shrinkable tubing is a 4:1 shrink ratio, flexible tubing, offering the advantages of integral, adhesive-lined construction.
The tubing is made from flame retardant, flexible cross-linked polyolefin with an internal layer of excellent hot melt adhesive.
The heat-shrinkable outer wall is durable, while maintaining the high flow and excellent adhesion of the inner sealant liner.
The higher 4:1 shrink ratio and high temperature resistance polyamide hot melt adhesive can fully resist water
and protect the wire from corrosion and moisture.
The adhesive forms a flexible bond with a wide variety of rubbers, plastics and metals.
Upon cooling, the adhesive solidifies, forming a permanent, non-drying, flexible and water resistant barrier.
