B8 Liner For Rubber is typically a plain weave or twill weave textile made from a blend or interlace of Nylon and Polyester yarns. Both Nylon and Polyester are high-performance synthetic fibers that offer excellent physical and chemical stability.
Isolation & Anti-Tack: It prevents the highly self-adhesive uncured rubber sheets from sticking tightly together during winding, stacking, or transportation, ensuring the rubber can be easily peeled off when needed.
Nylon contributes high strength and abrasion resistance, making the liner reusable and effectively protecting the rubber sheet from stretching and physical damage.
Polyester provides excellent dimensional stability, helping the rubber sheet maintain its intended shape and size during storage.

    Advantages

The B8 liner is a woven fabric, not a smooth film. As such, it leaves a clear, uniform "fabric impression" (or cloth mark) on the surface of the rubber sheet.

De-aeration Function: During subsequent molding or vulcanization processes, this texture acts as a channel for trapped air to escape. This is crucial for preventing blisters and delamination defects in the finished product (like tire treads or conveyor belts), thereby ensuring high-quality output.

The B8 liner for rubber sheet is a high-performance woven isolating material that leverages the strength of Nylon and the stability of Polyester to provide robust protection, superior anti-tack properties, a beneficial fabric impression for air release, and high reusability.
